This program provides support and resources to all families with children from birth until their enrollment in Kindergarten. The E.C.F.E  program believes parents are a child’s first and most important teachers. Our program provides an opportunity for parents and  children to play and learn together in a  supportive environment facilitated by licensed  child and parent educators.
